Hosts Craig and Debbie have 4 children and 10 grandchildren.  Their children's occupations are Entrepreneurs, Real Estate Agents, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse and the Marine Corp, 

 

Debbie was an Elementary School Teacher for 8 years in Lake County and became a Real Estate Broker in 1996.  Craig's career has been in  Agriculture Sales and he and his family owned Orange Groves in South Florida and sold the last grove in 2009 to buy a highway frontage property here in Clermont.  The location became a Cigar Shop with a large humidor that we have rented and  managed for the last 14 years. He continues to travel the South East US as an agricultural manufacturer's representative.

 

Craig and Debbie started buying City lots in Clermont, Minneola and Groveland in 2012 and began building Duplexes, Triplexes and Single Family Residences. They have been the only owner of these properties and have personally managed them.

 

Craig and Debbie, along with their oldest children, Co-Hosts Stephen and Madalyn personally decorated and staged all the Airbnb properties.  They designed the decor for what they would expect when traveling which would be welcoming and offer a superb night's sleep with the most comfortable beds.

 

Much thought and time has been invested in their properties and they take a great deal of pride in offering top of the line accommodations.
